1) Read "MUST KNOWs of Phantom Trader"

2) Sign up with our Forex Broker HERE

3) Fill up this Application Form

4) Read and acknowledge on the Software Risk Disclosure Form

5) Indemnity Form HERE

6) Request for LIVE EA, by clicking HERE
* Requestor must at least run 1 month of Phantom Trader demo in our Remote Desktop

6) Submit original copies of Items 3, 4, & 5 by mail or hand to
